Terms and Conditions

1. Voters must register to vote using the online voting registration tool on avonhellotomorrowfund.co.uk.

2. Online voting will open on 5 September 2011 at 00:01 and close at 23.59 on 2nd October 2011.

3. Votes received after midnight on 2nd October 2011 will not be included.

4. Only one vote per person.

5. Voters must vote for the one registered women’s charity project which they feel best meets the assessment criteria:

a. A commitment to empowering and improving the lives of women (of any age) in the UK.
b. A clear and compelling case for support.
c. A solid and realistic time and cost plan for spending the Hello Tomorrow Fund award and any additional funds will be raided, if needed, to achieve your application’s stated goal.
d. Concrete and achievable outcomes.

6. Votes will be counted and verified by Global Creative.

7. The winner will be the finalist who receives the most votes.

8. All voters acknowledge that, in the course of voting, certain information about them will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon and third parties associated with the Hello Tomorrow Fund. Accordingly, the entrants expressly agree to the transfer of such personal information to Avon and Avon’s third party agents associated with the Hello Tomorrow Fund and that Avon (data controller) and any third party associated with the Hello Tomorrow Fund may use, store, process and transfer that information for the purpose of the Hello Tomorrow Fund promotion. All entrants further agree that Avon may send their personal information outside of the European Economic Area including to the United States of America, for processing for the purpose of the Hello Tomorrow Fund promotion.
